SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Program description
PracticeHub sends text messages on behalf of participating medical practices. Message types include appointment confirmations and reminders, reschedule prompts, follow-up scheduling, waitlist and recovery outreach, secure links to practice resources, and responses to questions you send to your practice's number.
Consent and enrollment
You may be enrolled after providing your mobile number and consent to your practice — for example at check-in, on an intake form, on our SMS opt-in page, or by texting your practice's number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with your practice. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to re-enroll.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your practice directly using the phone number on their website.
Privacy
Mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging program described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
