Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of the PracticeHub websites and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the practice organization you represent. Enterprise customers may have a separate master agreement that supersedes portions of these terms.
The service
PracticeHub provides operational software for medical practices, including practice onboarding, staff and provider management, scheduling, work management, communications, and AI-assisted features. Modules marked as pilot or coming soon are provided as described in-product and may change before general availability.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- Practice administrators control access for their organization and are responsible for authorizing their users.
- You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law, including HIPAA and telemarketing/messaging regulations.
Practice data and PHI
Practices own the data they store in PracticeHub. Where PHI is processed, the Business Associate Agreement between PracticeHub and the practice governs that processing. Each practice is responsible for obtaining any patient consents required for communications it sends through the platform.
AI features
AI features draft, classify, summarize, and assist. They are designed to operate within practice-approved guardrails and to escalate to humans when unsure. Practices remain responsible for reviewing AI output where the product requests human review, and for all clinical and billing decisions.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. PracticeHub is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PracticeHub's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, practices may request export of their data within a reasonable window.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
